Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. announces that the Board Member Mr. Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Ghamdi (Independent) has submitted his resignation from his position to Board of Directors on 23-02-2016 with effect from 24-02-2016 the due to the reasons Its own circumstances. Moreover the Board of Directors on 24-02-2016 accepted the appointment of Mr. Omar bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Jarallah al-Maliki as Board Member (Independent) , This appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval. He holds a diploma in aircraft maintenance from Northrop International Corp. of San Antonio, Texas, United States year (1979/1980) and has experience in the petroleum sector for more than 30 years, during which Saudi Aramco has held leadership and management positions.
