Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) announces the financial results for the year ending 31/12/2010:

1. Realized Net Profit of SR 9,926,914 compared to net profits of SR 34,780,984 for the last year with reduction of 71,46%.

2. The per share profit was SR 0.23 compared to per share profit of SR 0.81 for the last year.

3. Realized Total Profit of SR 13,293,484 for compared to total profits of SR 38,924,317 for the last year with reduction of 65.85 %.

4. Realized Operating Profit of SR 10,542,303 compared to operating profit of SR 35,865,474 for the last year with reduction of 70.61%.

5. The reason for (decrease) is due to the decrease in earnings from investees.

6. Certain of the prior period figures have been re-classified to confirm with the current period's presentation.

7- The reason of an increment of SR 495142 above what was announced before about the period of 12 months because of the reduction of losses of one of SAIC investees.
