CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND REGISTERED OFFICE
Change of Company Secretary
The Board of Saturn Metals Limited (‘the Company’ or ‘Saturn’) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mrs Natasha Santi as Company Secretary effective 3 May 2021.
Mrs Santi brings a strong governance, administrative and accounting skill set to the Saturn Team in a fulltime capacity which will aid in the Company’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Saturn, Mrs Santi served as Company Secretary for several ASX-listed companies, most recently at Capricorn Metals Limited.
Mrs Santi takes over from Mr Ryan Woodhouse who has been a valued team member as the Company Secretary since its inception in 2017. The Board wishes to thank Mr Woodhouse for his exemplary service and dedication over the past four years and for his significant contribution to the Company since its successful spin out from Peel Mining Limited.
Change of Registered Office and Principal Place of Business
Effective 3 May 2021, the Company’s Registered Office and Principal Place of Business has changed to Ground Floor, 9 Havelock Street, West Perth, WA 6005. All other contact details remain unchanged.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Saturn Metals Limited Board of Directors.
