ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DETAILS

Saturn Metals Limited (ASX:STN) (Company) confirms in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 14.3 of its Constitution that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:30pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 at the Country Women’s Association of WA, 1176 Hay Street, West Perth, Western Australia 6005.

The Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of valid nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 13 October 2021, being at least 30 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. Any nominations must be received in writing on or before 5:00pm (AWST) Wednesday, 13 October 2021. Nominations can be sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.

This announcement has been approved for released by the Saturn Metals Limited Board of Directors.
