ISSUER CALL NOTICE

with regard to

EUR 300,000,000 2.250 per cent. guaranteed Notes due September 2020

(the "Notes")

(ISIN XS1245554859)

This notice to the Trustee, the Principal Paying Agent and to the Noteholders (the "Notice") should be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 8 September 2015 (the "Prospectus") which was published in respect of the issue of the Notes by SATO Corporation (the "Issuer").

Terms used but not defined in this Notice have the meanings ascribed to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes, unless specifically stated otherwise in this Notice.

The Issuer hereby gives irrevocable notice to the holders of the Notes that all outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 9(e) (Redemption and Purchase - Redemption at the option of the Issuer (Issuer Call)) on 10 July 2020 (the "Optional Redemption Date"), together with accrued but unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the Optional Redemption Date. In accordance with Condition 9 (e)(ii) the redemption price of the Notes will be 100 per cent. of their outstanding principal amount.

The Issuer will request the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List of Euronext Dublin and the admission to trading on the Main Market effective 11 June 2020.
