Sub: Intimation regarding submission of application for listing of equity shares issued pursuant to exercise of Stock Options (Restricted Stock Units) Ref: Scrip Code 532663/ SASKEN

This has reference to our letter dated February 9, 2024 wherein we have informed your goodselves about the allotment of 27,070 shares to some of the employees pursuant to exercise of Stock Options (Restricted Stock Units) which was approved by the Share Allotment Committee of the Board on February 9, 2024.

Subsequently, we have submitted documents with the Depositories viz., NSDL and CDSL for issuance of said shares. They have processed and provided the credit confirmation letters for issuance of said shares on February 16, 2024 (NSDL) and February 20, 2024 (CDSL).

We have since filed an application yesterday with your goodselves for listing of aforesaid shares issued to the allottees.
