Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, we wish to inform you as follows:

• ➢ Mr. Abhijit Kabra was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the Board Meeting held on July 20, 2022, effective from that date and the same was communicated to the Exchanges accordingly forming part of “outcome of the Board Meeting”.

• ➢ Mr. Edwin Moses, Chief Revenue Officer has now decided to move on due to personal reasons and this would be effective November 3, 2022. Details required under aforesaid SEBI Circular is given hereunder:
