Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 2.302.591.217 TL'den 5.295.959.799,10 TL'ye artırılması kapsamında ihraç edilecek 2.993.368.582,10 TL nominal değerli paylara ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

The issue document approved by the Capital Markets Board for shares with a nominal value of TRY TRY 2,993,368,582.10 to be issued within the scope of increasing the issued capital of our company from TRY 2,302,591,217.00 to TRY 5,295,959,799.10 is attached.
