Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 13.12.2021 tarihli kararı neticesinde; Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 12. Maddesinin ekteki şekliyle tadil edilmesi kararlaştırılmıştır.

As a result of the decision of the Board of Directors dated 13 December 2021, it has been decided to amend the Article 12 of the Company's Articles of Association as attached.
