Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 13 Aralık 2021 tarihli kararı neticesinde; Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 12. Maddesinin ekteki şekliyle tadil edilmesi ile ilgili 14 Aralık 2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

As a result of the decision of the Board of Directors dated 13 December 2021; an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board on 14 December 2021 regarding the amendment of Article 12 of the Company's Articles of Association as attached.
