Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 27.02.2020 tarihli kararı neticesinde; Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin Merkez ve Şubeler başlıklı 5. maddesinin, Sermaye başlıklı 8. Maddesinin ve Çeşitli Menkul Değerlerin Çıkartılması başlıklı 10. Maddelerinin ekteki şekliyle tadil edilmesi ile ilgili 28.02.2020 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

As a result of the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 27.02.2020; An application as attached, has been submitted with the Capital Markets Board ,on 28.02.2020 regarding the amendment of Article 5 titled Headquarters and Branches, Article 8 titled Capital and Article 10 titled Issuance of Various Securities.
