Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 27.02.2020 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Merkez ve Şubeler" başlıklı 5.Maddesinin, "Sermaye" başlıklı 8.Maddesinin ve "Çeşitli Menkul Değerlerin Çıkartılması" başlıklı 10.Maddesinin ekteki şekliyle tadili kapsamında 28.02.2020 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yaptığımız başvurumuz onaylanmıştır.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 27 February 2020, our application made to the Capital Markets Board on 28 February 2020 to amend Article 5 titled "Headoffice and Branches", Article 8 titled "Capital" and Article 10 titled "Issue of Various Securities" of the Company's Articles of Association as attached, has been approved.
