Amendments to Article 5 titled "Headoffice and Branches", Article 8 titled "Capital" and Article 10 titled "Issue of Various Securities" of our Company's Articles of Association have been has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 14 April 2020 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette no.10062, dated 20 April 2020.

The current version of the Articles of Association which reflects the recent amendments is attached.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the original Turkish version shall prevail.
