INVISTA İLE LİSANS SÖZLEŞMESİ İMZALANMASI

Daha önce kamuoyuna duyurduğumuz yatırım bedeli yaklaşık 935.000.000 USD ve 1.500.000 ton/yıl üretim kapasitesine sahip, Adana SASA tesislerinde gerçekleştireceğimiz PTA Üretim Tesisi Yatırımı görüşmeleri tamamlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda şirketimiz ile Amerikan Invista (Koch Industries) arasında lisans ve teknik hizmet anlaşması imzalanmıştır.

Yumurtalık arazisi ile ilgili görüşmeler de devam etmektedir.

SIGNING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH INVISTA

The negotiations for the PTA Production Facility Investment, which we previously announced to the public and which we will realize in Adana SASA facilities with an investment amount of approximately USD 935.000.000 and a production capacity of 1.500.000 tons/year, have been completed. In this context, a license and technical service agreement has been signed between our company and American Invista (Koch Industries).

Negotiations regarding the Yumurtalık terrain are also continuing.
