Daha önce kamuoyuna duyurduğumuz, yatırım bedeli yaklaşık 935.000.000 USD ve 1.500.000 ton/yıl üretim kapasitesine sahip, Adana SASA tesislerinde gerçekleştireceğimiz PTA Üretim Tesisi Yatırımı kapsamında; şirketimiz ile Wood Amec Foster Wheeler Iberica S.L.U. arasında PTA Prosesi Yardımcı İşletmeler ve Altyapı Dizayn Çalışmaları ve Müşavirlik Hizmetleri anlaşması, CTCI Corporation-Taiwan arasında ise Mühendislik Hizmetleri anlaşması imzalanmıştır.

Yumurtalık arazisi ile ilgili görüşmeler de devam etmektedir.

Within the scope of the publicly announced PTA Production Facility Investment that is about to take place at the Adana SASA facilities, whose investment amount is approximately USD 935.000.000 and production capacity is 1.500.000 tons/year, a PTA Process Utility Services and Infrastructure Design Studies and Consultancy Services agreement has been signed between our company and Wood Amec Foster Wheeler Iberica S.L.U., and also an Engineering Services agreement has been signed between our company and CTCI Corporation-Taiwan.

Negotiations regarding the Yumurtalık terrain are also continuing.
