31152 sayılı Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan İthalatta Korunma Önlemleri Tebliği (Tebliğ N 2020/5) ile açılan soruşturma sonucunda; 3907.69.00.00.00 Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu altında kayıtlı Polietilen Tereftalat Cips (Polyester PET Cips) ithalatında 3 yıl süreyle korunma önlemi olarak ek mali yükümlülük getirilmiştir.

13/11/2020 tarihli Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan Cumhurbaşkanı Kararına göre ek mali yükümlülük birinci yıl 60 ABD Doları/ton, ikinci yıl 58 ABD Doları/ton ve üçüncü yıl 56 ABD Doları/ton şeklinde belirlenmiştir.

As a result of the investigation opened with the Communiqué on Safeguard Measures in Import (Communiqué N 2020/5) published in the Official Gazette numbered 31152; an additional financial obligation has been imposed as a safeguard measure for 3 years in the import of Polietilen Tereftalat Cips (Polyester PET Chips) registered under the 3907.69.00.00.00 Customs Tariff Statistics Position.

According to the Presidental Decision published in the Official Gazette dated 13 November 2020, additional financial obligation has been determined as  USD 60 /ton in the first year, USD 58 /ton in the second year and USD 56/ton in the third year.
