Daha önce kamuoyuna duyurduğumuz, yatırım bedeli yaklaşık 935.000.000 USD ve 1.500.000 ton/yıl üretim kapasitesine sahip, Adana SASA tesislerinde gerçekleştireceğimiz PTA Üretim Tesisi Yatırımı kapsamında; şirketimiz ile TECNICAS REUNIDAS arasında tesisimizin anahtar teslim olacak şekilde kurulması için Mühendislik, Satınalma ve Montaj hizmetlerini kapsayan iyi niyet anlaşması imzalanmıştır.

Yatırımın 2023 yılının ilk çeyreğinde devreye girmesi hedeflenmiştir.

Within the scope of the publicly announced PTA Production Facility Investment, that is about to take place at the Adana SASA facilities and whose investment amount is approximately USD 935.000.000 and production capacity is 1.500.000 tons/year, a goodwill agreement has been signed between our company and TECNICAS REUNIDAS for the establishment of our facility as turnkey basis, covering Engineering, Procurement and Installation services.

The investment is targeted to be activated in the first quarter of 2023.
