PTA ve POLİMER CİPS YATIRIMINA DEVLET YARDIMI HAKKINDA

Şirketimizin T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'na yapmış olduğu teşvik belgesi başvurusu sonucunda, Adana yerleşkemizde yatırım bedeli yaklaşık 935.000.000 USD olan 1.500.000 ton /yıl kapasiteli PTA Üretim Tesisi Yatırımı ve yatırım bedeli yaklaşık 610.000.000 USD olan 665.000 ton /yıl kapasiteli Polimer/Cips Üretim Tesisi Yatırımı ile ilgili teşvik başvurumuz Yatırımlara Proje Bazlı Devlet Yardımı verilmesi kapsamına alınarak 25.11.2020 tarihli T.C. Resmi Gazetesinde yayınlanmıştır.

Teşviğe konu yatırım tutarı 11.271.788.151 TL olup,yatırımın yararlanacağı teşvik unsurları aşağıdaki gibidir.

a)    Gümrük Vergisi Muafiyeti,

b)    KDV İstisnası,

c)     KDV İadesi,

ç)     Kurumlar Vergisi İndirimi (vergi indirim oranı : %100, yatırıma katkı oranı: %85, yatırıma katkı tutarının yatırım döneminde kullanılabilecek oranı : %100),

d)    Sigorta Primi İşveren Hissesi Desteği (azami tutar sınırı olmaksızın 10 yıl),

e)    Gelir Vergisi Stopajı Desteği (10 yıl),

f)     Nitelikli Personel Desteği (azami 30.000.000 TL),

g)    Enerji Desteği (işletmeye geçiş tarihinden itibaren 10 yıla kadar 50.000.000 TL'yi aşmamak üzere enerji tüketim harcamalarının %50'si ),

ABOUT STATE AID FOR PTA and POLYMER CHIPS INVESTMENTS

As a result of the incentive certificate application filed by our company to the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology, our incentive application regarding the PTA Production Facility Investment (this investment will take place at the Adana SASA facilities with approximately USD 935.000.000 investment amount and 1.500.000 tons/year production capacity) and the Polymer/Chips Production Facility Investment ( this investment will take place at the Adana SASA facilities with approximately USD 610.000.000 investment amount and 665.000 tons/year production capacity) has been included in the scope of providing Project-Based State Aid to Investments and published in the Official Gazette dated 25 November 2020.

The amount of investment subject to the incentive is TL 11.271.788.151 and the incentives to benefit from the investment are as follows:

a)  Customs Duty Exemption ,

b)  VAT Exemption,

c)  VAT Refund,

ç)  Corporate Tax Reduction (tax discount rate: 100%, investment contribution rate: 85%, ratio of investment contribution to be used in the investment period: 100%),

d)  Insurance Premium Employer's Share Support (10 years without a maximum amount limit),

e)  Income Tax Withholding Support (10 years),

f)   Qualified Personnel Support (maximum TL 30.000.000)

g)  Energy Support (50% of energy consumption expenditures up to 10 years from the date of commencement, not to exceed TL 50.000.000).
