Yönetim Kurulu'nun 12 Nisan 2023 tarihli kararı kapsamında Şirketimiz çıkarılmış sermayesinin 2.993.368.582,10 TL artırılarak 2.302.591.217 TL'den 5.295.959.799,10 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin 8.maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 17 Nisan 2023 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

In accordance with the Board of Directors' decision dated 12 April 2023, our application regarding the increase of our Company's issued capital from TRY 2,302,591,217.00 to TRY 5,295,959,799.10 and the amendment of the Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 17 May 2023.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the original Turkish version shall prevail.
