Paya Dönüştürülebilir Tahvillerin (Convertible Bond) itfası kapsamında gerçekleştirilen şarta bağlı sermaye artırım işlemleri nedeniyle Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 20 Ekim 2023 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde; Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 8.maddesinin ekteki şekilde tadil edilmesi için 20 Ekim 2023 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

An application has been made to the Capital Markets Board on 20 October 2023 for the approval of the amendment of Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association as attached. The amendment has been decided on the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 20 October 2023 due to the conditional capital increase carried out within the scope of redemption of Convertible Bonds.
