Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 13 Aralık 2021 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 12. Maddesinin ekteki şekliyle tadili kapsamında 14 Aralık 2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yaptığımız başvurumuz onaylanmıştır.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 13 December 2021, our application made to the Capital Markets Board on 14 December 2021 to amend Article 12 of the Company's Articles of Association as attached, has been approved.
