SASA announces a new mandate and virtual meetings for a potential inaugural Convertible Bond transaction

8 June 2021 – Adana, Turkey – SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. (ISIN: TRASASAW91E4) (“ SASA ” or the “ Company ”) has mandated BNP Paribas and HSBC to arrange a series of virtual meetings with equity-linked and fixed income investors commencing on 8 June 2021.

A Euro-denominated Reg S, guaranteed senior unsecured Convertible Bond offering may follow, subject to market conditions. New issue proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt, financing current and future investments and for general corporate purposes.
