Esas Sözleşmemizin 13.Maddesi gereği Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerinin kendi aralarında yaptıkları vazife taksimi sonucunda, Sayın İbrahim Erdemoğlu'nun Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı'na, Sayın Ali Erdemoğlu'nun Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekilliği'ne seçilmelerine karar verilmiştir.

In accordance with the Article 13 of our Articles of Association, as a result of the division of duties made among the members of the Board of Directors, it has been decided to be elected Mr.İbrahim Erdemoğlu as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr.Ali Erdemoğlu as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
