This electronic Form 3 and a separate Form C, containing the particulars and contact details of the Substantial Shareholder(s)/Unitholder(s), must be completed by the Substantial Shareholder(s)/Unitholder(s) or a person duly authorised by the Substantial Shareholder(s)/Unitholder(s) to do so. The person so authorised should maintain records of information furnished to him by the Substantial Shareholder(s)/Unitholder(s).
1. This form and Form C, are to be completed electronically and sent to the Listed Issuer via an electronic medium such as an e-mail attachment. Ehud Harel is deemed a shareholder of Sarine Technologies Ltd. ("Sarine") by virtue of his indirect ownership (through Hargm Ltd. - a company controlled by Mr. Harel) of 25,608,848 shares held on his behalf by the Israel Discount Bank through citybank N.A. Singapore custodians, and by virtue of his indirect ownership of 187,500 shares held on his behalf by Eyal Khayat, Sarine's 2005 Option Plan trustee, through UOB Kay Hian Pte. pursuant to the said plan.
