SARINE

OVER 30 YEARS OF INNOVATION

PRESS RELEASE

Sarine Technologies Announces Leadership Transition

Hod Hasharon (Israel) 28 April 2026 - Singapore Exchange Mainboard and Tel Aviv Exchange listed Sarine Technologies Ltd (“Sarine” and along with its subsidiaries “the Group”) (U77:SI; SARN.TA), a worldwide leader in the development, marketing and sale of precision technology solutions for the evaluation, planning, processing, measurement, grading and trading of diamonds and gems, wishes to advise its investing public that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. David Block, will step down on June 30, 2026, having served as our CEO for close to a decade and being in our employ for close to a quarter century overall.

This culminates a 9-year tenure, during which the Group introduced significant new technologies - a new paradigm for automated rough diamond planning, the MVP, the industry's leading traceability solution, the Sarine Diamond Journey™, also in cooperation with De Beers' Tracr™ and Al-powered Clarity and Color grading.

While managing our Indian subsidiary, from 2006 to 2009, David established the infrastructure that now serves as the backbone of Sarine's operational and commercial activities, as well as forging deep and long-term relationships with many of the world's leading diamond manufactures.

In recent years, Mr. Block focused on cementing Sarine's role in providing the diamond and jewelry downstream (retail) with advanced technological solutions. This included cementing a high-level strategic partnership with De Beers' Tracr™ platform, ensuring that the industry's leading traceability solution is backed by automated, cohesive and verifiable data. In addition, his achievements for the downstream market entailed the strategic acquisition and subsequent integration and scale-up of GCAL (the Gem Certification & Assurance Lab). This step, along with Sarine's introduction of Al-based grading technology, has positioned Sarine as a significant player in the high-end grading market, augmenting high quality manual grading with technology.

"Leading Sarine's over the past nine years, in addition to multiple key executive roles over the past twenty-five years, has been the greatest privilege of my professional life," stated Mr. Block. "I am so proud of what we have built and accomplished, from the very early days of transforming manual

rough diamond planning processes into the de facto standard of today's digital eco-system, and on to our current position as the industry leader in traceability and AI-driven grading. While it is time for a new chapter, I leave with deep appreciation for the innovation and leadership we brought to this industry, the amazing team I was privileged to lead as well as the close partnerships we nurtured along the way with both clients, partners, shareholders and other stakeholders."

Mr. Daniel Glinert, the Group's Executive Chairman of the Board, commented, "the Board of Directors has accepted David's decision to step down, thanks him for his quarter century of service to the Group and wishes him all the best as he pursues the next chapter in his career."

Both the Board and the outgoing CEO are committed to a professional transition that will ensure the continued stability and provide for the growth of the Company.

Established in 1988, Sarine Technologies Ltd. is a worldwide leader in developing advanced technologies for modeling, analysis, evaluation, planning, processing, finishing, grading and trading of diamonds. In recent years, Sarine's business has pivoted to deriving mostly recurring revenues from its proprietary Gal3D inclusion and tension mapping (which processes the Galaxy® platforms' output) and GCAL-by-Sarine diamond grading reports, along with its other various pay-per-use services. At the heart of Sarine's ecosystem is the Advisor® software, which integrates internal inclusion scanning data and geometrical 3D analyses, to provide optimal rough diamond planning and processing. Sarine's Most Valuable Plan™ (MVP) software, builds on Advisor®'s capabilities to provide not only the most advanced, but also predominantly automated planning for natural rough diamonds, delivering greater value and enhanced production efficiencies in terms of both time and cost.
