Sub: Notice of Board Meeting to be held on October 28, 2020

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (‘the SEBI Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Furthermore, this is also to inform you pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 shall also consider voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) in compliance with Regulations 6 and 7 of the SEBI Delisting Regulations. The equity shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited, which has nationwide trading terminals.
