Sarama Resources Ltd (ASX: SRR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Sarama Resources Ltd (‘SRR’) will be halted at the request of SRR, pending the release of an announcement by SRR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 30 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

SRR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for trading halt

Sarama Resources Ltd (the Company ) (ASX: SRR), in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, requests the securities of the Company be placed in an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to an equity raising.

The Company anticipates making the above noted announcement prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 30 June 2025.

The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Monday, 30 June 2025 or when the announcement referred to above is made.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
