Pursuant to Company Announcement dated 6 October 2014, Santumas Shareholdings p.I.e. (the "Company") confirms that as from yesterday the 1,831,716 ordinary shares of the Company as a property holding company have been listed on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange. These shares are expected to commence trading as from today, the 10th October 2014.
