The following company announcement is being issued by Santumas Shareholdings pic pursuant to the Malta Financial Authority Listing Rules:

Reference is made to the Company Announcement STUM 39 issued on 2nd September 2014 relating to approval of a bonus issue to all shareholders of the Company appearing on its register as at 3rd September 2014.

By way of clarification, the reference to shareholders on the register of members as at 3rd September 2014 refers to shareholders who have traded until that date (and settled until 9th September.)
