Santumas Shareholdings plc announces that the Sixty Second Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 31^st October 2025 approved the following resolutions:

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

• 1. That the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30^thApril 2025 comprising the Financial Statements and the Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon, be hereby received and approved.
• 1. That the appointment of Auditors to the Company be hereby approved and the Board of Directors be hereby authorised to establish their remuneration.
• 1. In accordance with Article 56.3 of the Articles of Association, the Company received as many nominations for persons to be appointed director as there were vacancies and therefore no election took place and the six persons nominated by shareholders listed below were automatically appointed to the board of directors with effect from Friday 31^st October 2025:
