COMMUNIQUE

Orsova Shipyard S.A. informs shareholders and investors about the availability of the Annual Report for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 5/2018 of the Financial Supervisory Authority on issuers of financial instruments and market operations and with the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Code, starting with April 29, 2025. The financial results for 2024, audited, were approved at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on April 28, 2025.

This communiqué was sent, at the same time, to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Authority.
