ACCORDING TO LAW NO. 24/2017 AND TO THE ASF REGULATION NO. 5/2018 CONCERNING THE ISSUERS OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND MARKET OPERATIONS

The management of Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and the investors that the audited annual financial statements, drafted according with IFRS, corresponding to the period 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020 as they'll be approved in the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders from 16 april 2021, will be published in electronic format, voluntarily and in the single electronic reporting format (ESEF), on the company's website: www.snorsova.ro (https://www.snorsova.ro/raportari-financiare/) and shall be made available to all those interested starting with the date of 19.04.2021, 9ºº.

As well, the audited annual financial statements are available for consulting or may be obtained in written, upon request, at the company's headquarters from Orsova, no 4 Tufari Street, Mehedinti County, starting with the same date / time.
