In compliance with the provisions under Law 297/2004 concerning the market capital, including subsequent amendments and additions, and the Regulation no. 1/2006 of the CNVM, including subsequent amendments and additions, the management of S.C. Şantierul Naval Orşova SA informs the shareholders and the investors that the data concerning the QUARTERLY REPORT, corresponding to the period 01.01.2017-30.09.2017, nonaudited, shall be published on the company's website: www.snorsova.ro and shall be made available to all those interested starting with the date of 13.11.2017, 8⁰⁰ .

The electronic transmission of the Quarterly report to the stock Exchange Bucharest and the monitoring Authority will be carried out to the same date and time.

As well, the Quarterly Report is available for consulting or can be obtained in written, upon request, to the company's headquarters from the town of Orşova, no. 4 Tufări Street, Mehedinţi County, starting with the same date/time.
