IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: CONCLUSION OF 2 COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY OF INLAND VESSELS.

ORSOVA SHIPYARD S.A. informs the shareholders and all those interested on the fact that the company has concluded a number of 2 external contracts for inland vessel construction, in connection with which the following clarifications are made:

• Nature acts concluded: commercial contracts with intra-Community delivery (Netherland) ;
• Object contracts: 2 commercial contracts for the construction and delivery of two tanker vessel;
• The total value of the contract: 3.630.000 EURO;
• Terms and conditions of payment: an advance payment, based on a letter of guarantee refund of the advance payment and the remaining payment: based on documentary letter of credit, payable after arrival at the place of delivery.
