The Board of Directors of the company Santierul Naval Orsova S.A., meeting in the meeting of 20.11.2023, taking note of the termination of the mandates of the administrators of Mr. Enescu Radu Valentin and Chindris Gheorghe as a result of the renunciation of mandates starting with the date of 16.11.2023, decided unanimously:

1. Appointment of Mr. Ion Dumitru as provisional administrator for a mandate between 21.11.2023 and the date of the AGOA meeting.

2. The appointment of Mr. Marius Fainarea as provisional administrator for a mandate between 21.11.2023 and the date of the AGOA meeting.
