Șantierul Naval Orșova S.A. informs the shareholders and all interested parties that, in its meeting dated 10th of April 2020 the Board of Directors of Orsova Shipyard S.A. extended the mandate contract of the existing general manager, Eng. Mircea Ion Sperdea, for a period of four years, starting with the date of 18.04.2020.
