IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: selection of the president of the new Management Board, the setting up of the two consulting committees and the extension of the mandate contract of the general manager.

The management of S.C. Șantierul Naval Orșova S.A., as resulted from the selection within the General Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders on the date of 18.04.2019 was gathered upon first meeting in view of appointing the president and for setting up the consulting committees subordinated to the Management Board.

The chosen members appointed Mr. Fercala Mihai as President of the Management Board.

On this occasion, also the 2 consulting committees were set up with the following consistency:

• The remuneration committee formed of:

During the same meeting, the Management Board extended the mandate contract of the existing general manager, Eng. Mircea Ion Sperdea, for a period of one year, starting with the date of 18.04.2019.
