Santander Bank Polska SA ("the Bank")announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2026:-Unconsolidated annual report for 2025 -24.02.2026- Consolidated annualreport for 2025 - 24.02.2026- Consolidatedquarterly report for Q1 2026 - 30.04.2026- Consolidatedhalf-yearly report for the H1 2026 - 30.07.2026- Consolidatedquarterly report for Q3 2026 - 30.10.2026

Additionally, the Bank advises that selectedunaudited consolidated financial information for 2025 will be publishedin a current report on 04.02.2026.

Additionally, the Bank advises that thepublished consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidatedhalf-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterlyfinancial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financialstatement.

Legal basis:§84 section 1 and § 83 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6June 2025 on current and financial reports published by the issuers ofsecurities and the rules of equal treatment of the information requiredby the laws of a non-member state.
