Report Content Decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on setting thelevel of the buffer of other systemically-important institution

The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank"), with thereference to the current report no. 26/2025 published on 12 September2025, hereby informs that on 25 November 2025 it received the decisionof the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("PFSA") dated 21 November2025 on imposing on the Bank the buffer of other systemically importantinstitution ("O-SII"), equal to 0.25% of the total risk exposure amount,calculated in accordance with Article 92, para. 3 of the Regulation (EU)No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and amendingRegulation (EU) No 648/2012 (the EU Official Journal L 176 of 27 June2013, as amended).

The O-SII buffer previously applicable to the Bank amounted to 0.50% ofthe total risk exposure amount.
