Re: Individual recommendation of the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority regarding the fulfilment of the criteria for thepayment of dividends from the net profit generated in 2021 - correction.

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A.(The _quot;Bank_quot;), hereby announces that in the current report no. 5/2022 ofFebruary 23rd, 2022, the English translation of the last paragraph isincorrect -

instead:

"In addition, the PFSA recommended the Bank not totake other actions, in particular those outside the scope of currentbusiness and operating activities, which could result in a reduction ofthe own funds, including possible dividend payments from undistributedprofit from previous years (i.e. from 2020 and previous years) and sharebuybacks.",

should be:

"In addition, the PFSA recommended the Bank not totake other actions, in particular those outside the scope of currentbusiness and operating activities, which could result in a reduction ofthe own funds, including possible dividend payments from undistributedprofit from previous years (i.e. from 2020 and previous years) and sharebuybacks, without previous consultation with supervisory authority.".

The Polish version of the report remains unchanged.
