Re.: Settlement of the issue of seniorpreferred bonds series 2/2023.
In relation to the following reports: no.3/2023 of 31 January 2023 and no. 40/2023 of 20 November 2023, theManagement Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby advisesthat on 29 November 2023, the issue of senior preferred bonds series2/2023 with ISIN no. PLBZ00000333 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) issued by the Bank wassettled. All the Bonds totalling PLN 3,100,000,000.00 were taken up bythe investors, on the terms specified in current report no. 40/2023 of20 November 2023.
