Artur Głembocki

Member of the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. in charge of the Compliance and FCC Division.

Artur Głembocki earned his Master's degree in Management at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. In addition, he completed a number of courses in leadership, risk management, money laundering prevention, and financial crime compliance.

He joined Santander Bank Polska S.A. (formerly Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.) in 2008 and over years he climbed up the entire professional ladder in the Risk Management Division: from a junior specialist, to a risk intelligence and portfolio management expert, and, then, head of the Corporate Portfolio Risk Management Department. Since 2016 he has headed the Risk Management and since 2022 he has been the Deputy Chief Risk Officer, standing in for Vice President of the Management Board.

He is an effective leader who builds and leads motivated teams. He has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in banking, risk management, transformation and leading strategic projects in the financial sector.

In November 2023, Artur Głembocki was appointed Management Board member in charge of the Compliance and FCC Division at Santander Bank Polska S.A.

Artur Głembocki does not conduct any other business activity outside the Bank, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body and he is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997.
