Re: Resignation of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard Member

The Management Board of Santander BankPolska S.A. ("the Bank") informs that on 4th March 2019 the Bankreceived the resignation letter from the Member of the Supervisory Board- Mr. José Manuel Campa. This resignation is effective as of 4th March2019 and is due to his participation in the nomination process forposition of Chairperson of the European Banking Authority.
