– Appendix 3Z Brett Montgomery

The attached Final Directors’ Interest Notice (Appendix 3Z) is in respect to Mr Montgomery’s resignation as a Director of EZA Corporation Limited (ASX: EZA, ‘Company’) as announced on 6 January 2016.

This Appendix 3Z indicates that the Director’s security holding at the date of termination is 958,185 being 10,000 securities more than the 948,185 recorded in the Director’s Change of Interest Notice (Appendix 3Y) on 24 March 2015.

A review of Notices lodged with ASX for Mr Montgomery has revealed his Appendix 3Y lodged on 18 December 2014 incorrectly recorded the number of securities acquired as 45,000 ordinary shares rather than 55,000 ordinary shares.

The Company has reviewed its processes with regards to reporting of Director Interest Notices to the market to ensure that this error is not repeated.
