iCash completes sale of Australian ATM Deployment Business

The Directors of iCash Payment Systems Limited (ASX code: ICP “iCash”) are pleased to announce that iCash has completed the sale of its Australian ATM deployment business to Ezeatm Limited (ASX code: EZA “Ezeatm”) for $16 million (adjusted for the net current liabilities of the business) as announced on 1 December 2011.

iCash Executive Director, Mr Kim Stewart, said “We are pleased to have completed this transaction and are looking forward to working closely with Ezeatm in continuing to deliver our market leading ATM product range into the Australian market”.
