- Subject: Allotment of 1,62,524 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/ each on exercise of options under Sansera Engineering Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2018 (ESOP 2018)
We wish to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the company today approved the Allotment of 1,62,524 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company, as fully paid up under ESOP 2018 plan. The shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects including dividend. Kindly note that we have already received the in-principal approval from BSE vide letter no. DCS/ FL/PB/ESOPIP/1522/2021-22 dated 28th September 2021 and from NSE vide letter no. NSE/LIST/28469 dated 1st October 2021 for listing of the aforesaid shares under the said plan.
The details required under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are attached as Annexure I to this intimation
