- Subject: Allotment of 2,59,138 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/ each on exercise of options under Sansera Engineering Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2015 (ESOP 2015)

We wish to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the company today i.e., December 13, 2023 approved the allotment of 2,59,138 equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid up under ESOP 2015 plan.

The shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects including dividend.

Kindly note that we have already received the in-principle approval from BSE vide letter no. DCS/ FL/PB/ESOP-IP/1522/2021-22 dated 28th September 2021 and from NSE vide letter no. NSE/LIST/28469 dated 1[st] October 2021 for listing of the aforesaid shares under the said plan.

Further, please find enclosed the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
