Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, we would like to inform you that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Sansera Engineering Limited’s (Sansera) Long-Term Issuer Rating at ‘ IND AA/ Stable from IND AA-’ .

The upgrade reflects Sansera’s significantly improved credit metrics in FY25, after the issuance of qualified institutional placement (QIP) proceeds, along with a strengthened business profile as the company continues to improve its penetration into non-auto/tech & x-electric vehicle (xEV)segments, thus deriving an increased proportion from these products. Moreover, a continued increase in the scale of operations, as the company continues to grow at a faster pace than the industry’s, while maintaining stable EBITDA margins and improving the return on capital employed (ROCE) also support rating upgrade.
