Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., May 16, 2024 has approved grant of 10,000 stock options at the price of Rs.1,026.30 per option under Sansera Engineering Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme Plan 2018 (“ESOP 2018”).
The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1
