Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Sansera Engineering Limited (“the Company”) at its meeting held today, has approved the change in designation of Mr. Rahul Kale from ‘Chief Operating Officer (COO)’ to ‘Chief Executive Officer-Automotive’, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from April 08, 2026, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. However, he will continue to report to Mr. B R Preetham, Executive Director & Group CEO of the Company.
In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the detailed disclosure has been enclosed as Annexure-A.
The meeting started at 5.00 pm (IST) and ended at 6.25 pm (IST)
